What would you call [[Vengeance] or [[Unyielding Aura] then? Shatter the enchantment and the rezzie dies again. What would you pick? A fast rezz with a chace of screwing the other player over, or a long time rezz, without any chance of the rezzie dying?

Like I said, I don't like this skill per-se, but the idea behind it, having to think twice about just spamming a skill, makes all the difference for me.

I wanna go organize some W/Mo's (Stonefist Insignia ftw) to stand in AB and drop meteors on allies so they can't leave the starting area.

That'll teach those BiP saccers a lesson. Now they can't kill themselves.

Needs some work. Griefing would ruin it. Putting that aside however, I don't think there should be damage. You want to heal your ally, not do damage and then heal them. Such a big heal wouldn't be necessary when your ally is at a high health and it also wouldn't be used when your ally is at low health (team killing, anyone?).

This wouldn't be a spammable skill, so the idea of keeping your teammates in constant knockdown is out. Some posters have put good fixes into this, so I'll suggest a revised version:

(Elite spell) Rock of the Heavens:
Target other ally is knocked down and healed for 50...600. Allies adjacent to that ally gain 5 health regeneration for 10 seconds. For 1...3 seconds, foes adjacent to that ally begin burning.
Cost 10, Cast 1/4, Recharge 45

If you were going to run a build with this skill, chances are you're teammates will go prepared to handle the kd. In a PvE case with random teammates, they will just have to deal with it! The quick casting time gives the monk the control to observe what their target is doing so they don't stupidly cast while the ally is on second 4/5 of meteor shower or something along those lines.

Now, let's say the burning affected the healed ally instead. That would be a useful and predictable way to spread burning to your enemy with plague touch then epidemic for instance. Or to just mend condition and get even more healing out of the spell (assuming they've been hurt since the casting completely healed them anyway). This spell would heal so much it could power through things like defile flesh without having to remove hex first. The regeneration to other allies is not an enchantment. It would be part of the skill and work like troll unguent where it can' be stripped.

Just different ideas.

I would hate to have to kill the boss that has this skill on their bar. Have him down to 10% health and boom a 1000 point heal when they have attrib at 20 or whatever they have it at and boom they are back to full health. How are you supposed to beat that. Interupt would be cruical and if they have 1 other healer in the group with them that has the skill as well.

If I wanted a bad elite with long recharge, I'd take MoP.
